This after-school sports club introduces kids to sports and a healthy, active lifestyle. Over 8 weeks, they’ll get sport-specific
instruction in basketball and flag football, plus fun games like dodgeball, kickball, and capture the flag.
Basketball drills include ball-handling, offense, defense, passing, footwork, and layups, combined with
skills challenges and games. Flag Football focuses on throwing, catching, running, and covering without contact, with an emphasis on conditioning,
footwork, agility, passing, receiving, and positions.
