The boys and girls have the chance in each class to develop the basketball skills and begin

to understand the rules of the game. Each class is spent on rhythm, speed, balance and

coordination as well as basketball specific fundamental skills including dribbling, passing,

lay ups, shooting and team concepts. Each class ends with fun individual and small sided

team scrimmages and challenges
