The Youth Sports restrictions allow for conditioning, and we have just the program for your kid(s). Our All Sorts of Sports Conditioning Class will provide quality instruction in a variety of sport skills and exercises. Each player will have their own equipment. In addition to skill and conditioning development, challenges like obstacle courses and relay races will add a fun and competitive element to get the kids moving!
