The Youth Sports restrictions allow for conditioning, and we have just the program for your kid(s). Our All Sorts of Sports Conditioning Academy will provide quality instruction in a variety of sport skills and exercises. Each player will have their own equipment (nothing shared). In addition to skill and conditioning development, challenges like obstacle courses and relay races will add a fun and competitive element to get the kids moving! The Academy is 8 sessions, over 4 weeks.
To ensure the health and safety of all participants, the program will follow the guidelines set for by the CDC and County for Youth Sports
- Academy is limited to 12 kids, and the same coach each week.
- Child and staff temps are taken each day upon arrival.
- Hands are sanitized before, during breaks, and after class. Equipment is clean before and after class.
